What You Will Learn

Here is a list of main steps covered in the tutorial above:

#1. Domain Name & Hosting

Before we can start building our website, we need to set up a domain name and web hosting. I recommend using Bluehost in this tutorial, but you can use a different hosting company if you prefer.

#2. Installing WordPress

After setting up our domain name and web hosting, we're going to install WordPress onto them. This is super easy and only takes a few minutes to do.

#3. Installing & Customizing A WordPress Theme

Once we have WordPress installed, we can install a new theme. This is going to change up the entire look and style of our website, and make it look more like the website we're trying to build. Then, we'll also change up our colours, fonts and more.

#4. Creating Pages & Adding Content

Next, we can create the different pages we want on our website. We can add as many or as little pages as we like, with text, images, clickable links and more.

#5. Adding A Contact Form

Then, we're also going to add a contact form to our website as well, so our visitors can get in contact with us if they need to. And we'll get the message sent to us as an email.
